How long does delivery take?
Letters are handwritten and mailed within 3–7 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–10 business days; international delivery may take 7–21 business days.
Can I track my letter?
Standard letters are sent via regular postal mail without tracking. If you have a concern about delivery, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.
What is your refund policy?
If your letter hasn't been mailed yet, we offer full refunds. Once mailed, we cannot refund. If a letter is confirmed lost, we'll resend it or refund at our discretion. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I send a letter anonymously?
Yes! You can leave the "From" field blank, and we won't include a sender name on the letter or envelope.
What countries do you mail to?
We mail worldwide. If your country isn't in the dropdown list, please email us and we'll add it.
